Austrian Development Cooperation Scholarships for Foreign Aspirants are open to all international aspirants who want to pursue higher education abroad. Applications are accepted for fully funded scholarships from those applicants who wish to continue their undergraduate degree programs, master’s degree programs, and Doctoral programs.
