Applications are invited to apply for the ARICE Scholarship Program 2025 in Romania. All International Students are welcome to apply for these fully funded scholarship programs in Romania. Students who want to continue their Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees abroad can apply for this scholarship. These scholarships are available for academic session of 2025-2026.
Each year, 40 scholarships are awarded by the Romanian Ministry of Education and the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) to international students wishing to enroll in Romanian-authorized state universities to study for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. Applications for the ARICE Program are accepted from candidates worldwide, except for EU and EFTA member states. Additionally, applicants will receive a free one-year Romanian language course to help them learn the language, and there is no application cost.
