The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan are pleased to announce the “Heydar Aliyev“. Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2024-2025. This Higher Education Scholarship will be offered to 100 candidates for 5 years. Through this scholarship program, you can study at leading universities of Azerbaijan and can pursue preparatory courses, and undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and general medicine/medical residency programs.
The Government of Azerbaijan will fully fund this scholarship. All international students will receive International Flight Tickets, Accommodation, Full Tuition Fee, Medical Insurance, Monthly Allowance, Visa, and Temporary Residence Permit. Applicants in any academic field can apply. IELTS is not required if you can provide proof that you have completed your previous education form in English Medium.
