Applications are invited to apply for the Brazil Government Postgraduate Scholarship 2026 in Brazil. All International applicants are welcome to apply for the PEC-PG Postgraduate Scholarship. Applicants must apply to a Brazilian Higher Education Institution (HEI) to pursue a Master’s, PhD, or Sandwich Doctorate degree program.
The PEC-PG program is managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE), the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), and it promotes international cooperation, cultural exchange, and academic excellence.
PEC-PG Postgraduate Scholarship 2026 in Brazil is a fully funded scholarship for international students pursuing a full-time doctorate, sandwich doctoral, or full-time Master’s program in Brazilian Institutes. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE) funds the scholarship. The Brazil Postgraduate Student Agreement Scholarships (PEC-PG) is an established Brazilian government initiative.
