Applications are invited to apply for the KAS International Talent Development Scholarship 2026 in Germany. All International Students from worldwide who want to pursue a Bachelors, Master’s and doctoral degree abroad are welcome to apply. We encourage exceptional people who want to study or do research in Germany, whether they are an engineer from Ukraine, a mathematician from Iran, or a German studies student from Brazil.
International students now have a significant opportunity if they choose to pursue more than “just a degree” in Germany. The German Federal Foreign Office funds the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) International Scholarship Program, which invites dedicated, high-potential applicants to start or continue their bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate studies at a German institution starting in the second semester. The goal of this program is what sets it apart: KAS supports students and PhD candidates who wish to use their long-term work and leadership to advance democracy, the rule of law, and human rights while combining academic achievement with social involvement. In addition to receiving support, scholars join a robust worldwide network that already includes over 3,000 international graduates.
The Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) is a German political organization that is affiliated with the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and is structured as an association. The Konrad Adenauer Foundation is regarded as one of the most important think tanks in the world and a prominent think tank in Germany. We provide scholarships to overseas students and PhD candidates who intend to start or finish their studies at a German university, with funding provided by the German Federal Foreign Office.
